Returns & Exchanges
At Mosaic Beauty & Boutique, we want you to love your purchases. Of course, we understand that sometimes something just doesn’t work out.
Please review our return and exchange policy below before sending or bringing back an item.
Returns Within 14 Days
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt and tags attached.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unopened and unused, when applicable
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging, when applicable
- Accompanied by the original tags and receipt
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns After 14 Days
After 14 days, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit for up to 30 days from the original purchase date.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Refills
Additional merchandise may be designated as final sale at the time of purchase.
Online Returns
To initiate a return for an online purchase, please email kendra@beautyisamosaic.com.
Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange so our team can assist you.
Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Mosaic Beauty & Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please do not send a return without first contacting us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at kendra@beautyisamosaic.com with your order number and photos of the item.
We’ll work with you to make it right.
In-Store Returns
Eligible purchases may also be returned or exchanged at our Amarillo location in accordance with the timeframes and conditions listed above.
