Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, holidays, launches, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves Mosaic Beauty & Boutique, you’ll receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for your tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Mosaic Beauty & Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at 806-318-9707. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. Mosaic Beauty & Boutique is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. You are also welcome to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help point you in the right direction.
